We want you to love your ALOHA Collection gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different print or size, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original Splash-Proof packaging or a similar protective mailer.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
